Where do we ship to?
We are a proud Canadian based company and currently ship across Canada and its territories. We cannot provide shipping to P.O. boxes. If your shipping address does not meet our parameters we will contact you to verify. If for any reason we are not able to confirm the correct shipping address with you, your order may be canceled. Be sure to provide us with the correct contact information so we can get your rug to you! See our Privacy Policy if you have any questions regarding what information we may need.
Costs and fees
Any shipping and handling costs that may apply are displayed or included on your order confirmation within the product or shipping and handling fee so you don’t need to worry about additional charges after you have placed your order.
Can I choose a carrier?
We may use multiple shipping carriers at our discretion to get your product to you as fast as possible. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee which carrier will be used nor can a request to change carriers be fulfilled.
Can I choose a day and time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact time frames will be met due to third party carriers and unforeseen situations that can arise out of our control upon release of goods from our distribution center. If your shipment is delayed with the carrier and has not been communicated with you, please contact the carrier company directly with the information provided to you.
What if it comes damaged?
We at RugModern work hard to provide you with a top quality product and are responsible for your purchases to be placed in secure and strong packaging, for the shipping labels to be adhered and addressed correctly by your confirmed order information and for the goods to vacate our main distribution center in a timely manner to fulfill shipping timeframes. If at any time your packaging has been damaged, tampered with or comes unsecure prior to you receiving your product, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
How long does shipping take?
We at RugModern take pride in having the vast majority of our products always in stock so you don’t have to wait! But sometimes we can run out of a popular item quicker than we can restock so shipping times can differ depending on this. Please check your specific item on our website to see the current availability. We aim to have your products delivered to you in approximately 2-6 business days from the date of shipping from our warehouse. Shipping times depend on your geographic location. If you reside in locations that are outside of greater areas, shipping time may be exceeded.
