Q: Are samples available?
A: Depending on the item, we may have a small sample swatch available for purchase so that you can see the colors and feel the textures + quality of our rugs. Please ask us for more details. customercare@rugmodern.ca
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You can track your order via the order confirmation that would be sent to your email address upon completing your purchase!
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Upon availability of your order - we will process it within 24-48 hours from our warehouse.
Shipping times vary depending on where you are located. As a guideline our normal shipping times are as follows;
North America:
East Coast + Mid-West - 2-4 Business Days
West Coast - 3-5 business days
Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Sorry, but we do not offer custom sizes at this time. All of the colours and sizes are pre-set based on the collection, and we choose to weave our rugs based on the most popular size requests and for the widest range of uses!
Q: How do you clean the rug?

Q: What is the warranty on your rugs?
A: We stand behind the quality of our rugs and strive to provide a worry-free product. We guarantee your item to be of first quality and free from any defects upon delivery. Because of this, we do not offer an extended warranty timeframe for our products. If you have any concerns with your purchase please reach out to us at customercare@rugmodern.ca and we will be pleased to help you.
Q: How do I buy your product?

Q: How can I check stock?
A: When you visit the product page, please check to select your desired rug size. If the size is not available at the time - you can always check in with us and we can let you know when it will be next available. customercare@rugmodern.ca
Q: How are your rugs made?
A: All of our rugs are Machine Woven on a Power Loom. They are made in a very controlled environment so that every rug is repeatedly checked to be consistent in color and quality.
Q: Do your rugs shed fibers?
A: The best thing about our rugs is that they won’t shed their fibers! We use a unique synthetic fibre to make sure your rug will always look nice and new. So you don’t have to worry about shedding any more!
Q: Where are your rugs made?
A: RugModern is a North American company that specializes in designing and producing high-quality rugs imported from Europe.
Q: What are your rugs made of?
A: All of our rugs are made of high-quality woven synthetic fibers consisting of heat-set polypropylene, polyester or a combination of both. Our rugs are woven on different types of natural base fibers, such as Jute, or Cotton.
Q: What does ‘Twisted Yarn’ mean?
A: Some companies manufacture rugs with virtually no twists in their fibers. The more twists, the more resilient the carpet will be which will improve performance. This also provides a thicker, softer feel.
Q: What does ‘High Low’ mean?
A: This is an effect in the rug that creates a ‘sculpted or structured’ pattern by using multi-fibre content and shrink yarns to have different pile heights within a single design. This gives excellent depth to the rug’s design.
