If you would like to return your RugModern product purchased directly via this website you can do so within 30 days from the date you received it. Please contact customer service at customercare@rugmodern.ca at rugmodern.ca to begin the return process.

 

 

The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of product that is not in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our distribution center. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be given to you and it must be written on the outside packaging of the item so that we can identify your return.

 

 

If you believe that your product has a manufacturer defect we request that you explain the issue to us and encourage you to email us photographs to help us evaluate the issue. RugModern has the exclusive authority in its sole discretion to determine whether a product is defective. If a product is determined to be defective we will, at our option, (1) replace the product at no charge or (2) issue a refund for the original purchase price of the product (shipping and handling not included).
